Package Plan – When you purchase a package plan you have 20 weeks to use your 15 credits. Credits left unused cannot be carried over to the following weeks. You will recieve a calendar reminder of the date of the deadline of your package.

Pay as you go – When you choose the option of paying as you go, you are free to schedule the classes whenever suits you best.

Cancellation Policy – All Spanish lessons have a cancellation and rescheduling policy of 12 hours. Missed/cancelled/rescheduled appointments within 12 hour of your class will result in the full payment of the lesson.
